Description: Second Lieutenant Stecco drowned while participating in a helicopter water training scenario in Pohick Bay Regional Park. Lieutenant Stecco had entered the water wearing only a dry suit, to role play as a victim, but failed to resurface. Divers located his body three days later on October 25th.
