Description: Officer Stange was shot and killed by another officer when his partner failed to pull over his vehicle. Officer Stange was in the passenger seat of his partner's vehicle when a third officer attempted to have them pull over so he could investigate their car for a stolen bumper. A shot was fired by the officer investigating the bumper which struck Officer Stange in the head, killing him instantly.
