Description: Officer Seman was shot with his own gun as he transported a suspect to the county jail. Officer Seman arrested the suspect who was causing a disturbance at the home of his in-laws. The suspect overpowered Officer Seman, shot him in the abdomen and threw him out of the patrol car. Officer Seman died at the hospital. The suspect was arrested and charged with murder.
