Description: Agent Santiago Vazquez was assisting other officers in a chase of an armed robbery suspect. Agent Santiago Vazquez caught the suspect and began to struggle with him. The suspect took Agent Santiago Vazquez's gun and shot him once in the chest when the bullet penetrated his vest . Agent Matos Colon was killed in same incident. Both officers were wearing protective armor.
