Description: Deputy Smith was shot and killed during routine traffic stop. Deputy Smith stopped a motorist for a traffic violation and placed the suspect in the back set. As Deputy Smith called for a tow truck, the suspect shot him in the back and fled. The suspect was captured the next day.
