Description: Officer Sings was shot and killed while attempting to arrest a suspect who had violated the town ordinance. The suspect had been in drinking public and firing a gun on public streets. Officer Sings arrested the suspect and was escorting the prisoner to the jail when a friend of the suspects fatally shot and killed Officer Sings.
