Description: Deputy Salvino and his partner Deputy David Miller were transporting a prisoner to the county jail. Deputy Salvino lost control of the police cruiser while on the entrance ramp of I-75 and began sliding on the wet roadway. The cruiser continued to spin until it collided with a tractor-trailer. Both deputies were transported to a local hospital where Deputy Salvino died the following day.
