Description: Police Officer Sticklen collapsed and died while participating in an on-duty training course. Officer Sticklen complained of pains in his leg during the course that resulted from a kick while restraining a juvenile earlier in the week while on duty. The kick and the extended period of time Officer Sticklen spent sitting in the class and during his commute contributed to the pulmonary embolism that caused his death.
