Description: Chief Sexton was shot as he attempted to serve a warrant to a suspect who had assaulted his wife. As Chief Sexton attempted to place the suspect under arrest, the suspect pulled a gun and shot him three times. The suspect took Chief Sexton's gun from its holster and shot the Chief a final time with his own weapon. The suspect was arrested and charged with murder.
