Description: Officer Stowe was seriously injured after responding to a loud noise disturbance call on Robin Street in Houston. After returning to the scene for the third time, Officer Stowe was beaten with a metal pipe and a 4 X 4 board. Officer Stowe received injuries to his back, abdomen, and a ruptured spleen.
