Description: Sergeant Sukstorf died of a heart attack after a physical altercation with an intoxicated suspect. Sergeant Sukstorf attempted to arrest a suspect on a DWI charge. The suspect resisted, and Sergeant Sukstorf called for backup. Sergeant Sukstorf and two other officers struggled with the suspect and finally subdued him. The lawmen escorted the suspect to the hospital. While there, the suspect struggled with the officers a second time. Sergeant Sukstorf complained of a headache and feeling ill, but returned to patrol duty. Thirty minutes later, Sergeant Sukstorf suffered a fatal heart attack.
