Description: Chief Shelton was shot and killed by two suspects after arresting them following a traffic stop. Chief Shelton transported the suspects to the police station where the 17-year-old female produced a handgun and gave it to the male suspect. The male suspect then shot Chief Shelton several times. Both suspects were later apprehended. The female suspect was acquitted and the male suspect was sentenced to life in prison.
