Description: Officer Starks responded to a disturbance call involving his son-in-law who had been ejected from a theater. The son-in-law had returned to the theater along with five other relatives, armed with guns. As Officer Starks attempted to diffuse the situation, he was attacked by his son-in-law. The man pulled Officer Starks' weapon from its holster and shot the Officer with his own gun. The suspect was arrested and charged with murder.
