Description: Deputy Marshal Stephenson was stabbed to death with a knife while attempting to arrest a suspect. Marshal Stephenson was tracking a sailor who had an arrest warrant against him. When Marshal Stephenson attempted to arrest the sailor he went amicably but while walking the suspect stabbed Marshal Stephenson in the heart. Marshal Stephenson was declared dead that evening.
