Description: Officer Small was killed in a motorcycle accident on I-60 near Grand Avenue. A juvenile driver, traveling two lanes over, lost control of the vehicle and struck a car in the lane next to Officer Small. Both vehicles then struck Officer Small and his motorcycle. Officer Small was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries early the next morning. Officer Small was a former NFL Pittsburgh Steeler.
