Description: Police Officer Sullivan was accidentally shot while at the station house when a gun fell from another's officer's holster and discharged. The other officer stood up from his chair and his .45 Colt revolver fell to the concrete floor. The bullet struck Officer Sullivan in the chest and passed through his right shoulder. Officer Sullivan died at the scene. The coroner's jury ruled the incident as an accident. Inadvertent Fire.
