Description: Officer Stephens was shot and killed during a robbery at a restaurant lounge. Officer Stephens was working as a guard at the restaurant and was preparing to escort the manager to make a night deposit. Officer Stephens and the manager were shot several times and the robbers escaped with over $1,500.
