Description: Patrolmen Schaefer and Wilbur Hayes were found shot in the head and back after they answered a call while on patrol. Patrolman Hayes was found in the back seat of his unmarked patrol car. Patrolman Schaefer's body was discovered a block away. Three suspects were arrested.
