Description: Officer Shipp and his partner were responding to a burglary. Once at the house the two split up. As Officer Shipp walked under a pantry window, the burglar leaned out of the window and fired three shots - one in the jugular, one in the back below the ribs and another that shattered the bone above his knee. The killer fled the scene.
