Description: Patrolman Stowe was shot when he attempted to disarm a suspect. Patrolman Stowe was in a bar when the bartender informed him that a male patron was armed. As Patrolman Stowe attempted to disarm the suspect, he was shot in the chest. Patrolman Stowe was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
