Description: Corporal Scarberough was parked on the shoulder of the interstate, seated in his patrol vehicle as he conducted a vehicle traffic stop. An approaching semi-tractor trailer left the roadway and struck the rear of his patrol unit. Corporal Scarberough died from fatal internal and external injuries received from collision.
