Description: Trooper Stoba was shot to death when he answered a domestic dispute call. Trooper Stoba allowed the suspect to go back into the house for a sweater but when the suspect came out, he shot him once in the chest. Trooper Stoba died at the scene. His assailant was convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison
