Description: Sergeant Strohsal's unmarked police vehicle was involved in a minor traffic accident which rendered his department vehicle disabled. Sergeant Strohsal activated his emergency lights and exited the vehicle. While attempting to cross the highway, Sergeant Strohsal was struck and killed by an oncoming vehicle.
