Description: Correctional Officer Stell was stabbed to death by an inmate while conducting a prisoner count. Officer Stell was attacked and stabbed seven times by an inmate while checking to make sure all of the inmates were accounted for. Officer Stell was transported to a hospital where he died. The inmate was charged with murder.
