Description: Constable Stegall arrested a suspect and refused to take the type of bond that was offered by the suspect's father-in-law, who then threatened to kill the Constable. Constable Stegall responded by filing a formal complaint. One week later, Constable Stegall was shot in the head from ambush. Five suspects, including the father-in-law, were arrested.
