Description: Chief Snow was traveling north on Hwy 76 en route to an accident scene. The patrol car and freight train collided at the railroad crossing. The impact sheared the front end off of the patrol car, dragging it several feet before stopping. Chief Snow was reported dead on arrival at the hospital.
