Description: Sheriff Solbraa was shot and killed while attempting to arrest a murder suspect. Sheriff Solbraa went to a farm where a murder had reportedly occurred. Sheriff Solbraa attempted to talk the armed suspect out of the house. The suspect responded by shooting Sheriff Solbraa in the head and abdomen. Sheriff Solbraa was rushed to the hospital but nothing could be done for him and he died the next day. The suspect was arrested.
