Description: Corporal Stockwell was killed in an automobile crash while on patrol. Corporal Stockwell was driving his unmarked department vehicle when a motorist failed to yield the right of way at an intersection and collided into Corporal Stockwell's vehicle. The impact of the crash caused Corporal Stockwell's vehicle to overturn. Corporal Stockwell died at the scene.
