Description: Patrolman Sheehan was shot in the back and leg during a labor dispute that became known as the Haymarket Riot. Patrolman Sheehan died five days later. Patrolmen George Miller, Timothy O?Sullivan, John J. Barrett, Nels Hansen, Thomas Redden, Timothy Flavin and Mathias Degan were also killed as a result of this riot.
