Description: Air Force OSI Agents Schuldheiss, Thomas Crowell, and David Wieger, were killed when their Humvee was struck by an improvised explosive device (IED) near Balad, Iraq. All three special agents were conducting federal law enforcement operations near the Balad Air Force Base when the device exploded, killing all three agents instantly.
