Description: A suspect who was physically resisting arrest for drunk driving and destruction of city property was subdued forcibly by Officers Small and his partner, Robert Presley, and taken to jail. Just moments later, Patrolman Small collapsed in his patrol vehicle and died of a heart attack. He was pronounced dead on arrival at the local hospital.
