Description: Assistant Warden Sylvester was killed in a single-vehicle crash while attempting to pass another vehicle. Assistant Warden Sylvester lost control of her department vehicle during a period of heavy rain. The vehicle went off the side of the road and struck a tree. Assistant Warden Sylvester was pronounced dead at the scene.
