Description: Detective Sullivan was shot and killed while dealing with a hostile cobbler. Detective Sullivan and his friend were sitting in a car while another friend went inside a shoe shop. The friend entered the shop and then staggered outside because of a blow from the shop owner. Detective Sullivan ran inside the shop, exhibited his badge, and ordered the shop owner to stop. The proprietor grabbed a gun from behind the counter and shot Detective Sullivan.
