Description: Police Officer Sinclair sustained a fractured skull and internal injuries in a motorcycle crash while in pursuit of a speeding motorist. As Officer Sinclair swerved to pass a vehicle, another car suddenly made a left turn in front of him which caused the collision. Officer Sinclair was transported to the hospital where he died the next day.
