Description: Agent Sandlands boarded a boat to conduct a search for illegal liquor. Agent Sandlands and the owner of the boat engaged in a struggle and Agent Sandlands was thrown overboard. His body was recovered from the Detroit River (MI) the next day. An autopsy revealed that he died of a broken neck. The suspect was arrested and charged with assault.
