Description: Domestic disturbance call. Officers Richard Scarborough and Ellis Dyal responded to a domestic disturbance call. They started up a stairway to a second floor apartment. The suspect fired a shotgun and hit Officer Dyal. Officer Scarborough returned to the car to call for help and was shot as he returned to the stairway.
