Description: Officer Scott and his partner went to a residence in search of a robbery suspect. Officer Charlie Zanone went to the front door while Officer Scott covered the back. When the suspect jumped out of a side window, Officer Scott ordered him to stop. The suspect responded with gunfire, striking Officer Scott in the stomach. Officer Scott died at the scene. The suspect was found guilty of murder and executed.
