Description: Officer Stalnaker observed suspect pushing a truck down the street. When the officer attempted to question suspect a struggle ensued. The suspect pulled out a weapon and shot Officer Stalnaker. The suspect was shot and wounded by another officer, but the suspect was able to flee into a church where he was subdued by the pastor who was giving an evening service.
