Description: On May 29, 2009, Police Officer Settlemoir was admitted to the hospital with a two day history of flu-like symptoms and progressive respiratory dysfunction. Officer Settlemoir was treated for H1N1 (swine flu) and Legionnaires disease. His health continued to decline and Officer Settlemoir died due to influenza two weeks later on June 12th.
