Description: Trooper Snow was electrocuted while assisting a motorist change the tire of an antique fire-engine. Trooper Snow was under the fire truck when the driver of the vehicle moved the ladder to take weight off that particular side of the truck. The ladder came in contact with power lines electrocuting both Trooper Snow and the operator of the fire truck.
