Description: Detective 1 Stevens succumbed to injuries sustained in a single-vehicle crash two weeks prior. On January 8, 2015, Detective Stevens was operating an undercover vehicle, when he made an abrupt, evasive maneuver which caused the vehicle to cross the southbound lane, and off the west side of the roadway and crashed into a tree. Detective Stevens was transported to the hospital where he died of his injuries on January 21, 2015.
