Description: Chief of Police Stricklin was shot in an exchange of gunfire when he answered a man with a gun call at a caf??®. Chief Stricklin ordered the suspect to put down the weapon but the suspect fired several times. Chief Stricklin died at the scene of a gunshot wound to the head. The suspect died en route to the hospital.
