Description: Police Officer Strittmatter suffered a fatal heart attack after completing his shift. Officer Strittmatter had responded to a call for assistance regarding an elderly person who had fallen. Officer Strittmatter made several attempts to lift the man from the floor before the paramedics arrived. Officer Strittmatter completed his shift at 11:00 pm and went home. The next day at noon his wife found Officer Strittmatter unresponsive and he was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead due to an acute myocardial infarction.
