Description: Police Officer Symons was shot when he responded to a domestic disturbance. Officer Symons was on patrol when he overheard a commotion inside a residence. When Officer Symons entered the house he was shot several times in the head and died at the scene. The suspect was convicted of murder and executed by hanging.
