Description: Officer Seals and fellow officers responded to a home invasion in Fulton, Missouri. Deputies in Warren County, Missouri stopped the suspect's car, but the armed suspect refused to get out of the car. The suspect then sped away. As the suspect tried to pass a Warren County patrol car, he lost control of his vehicle causing it to flip nine times before striking Officer Seals who was outside of his patrol car. Officer Seals was airlifted to St. Joseph Hospital where he died shortly after arrival.
