Description: Captain Swiskoski was shot and killed after responding to a domestic disturbance with other officers. As the officers approached the scene the suspect came out of the house armed with a rifle. The officers ordered him to put down the weapon but instead he pointed the rifle at Captain Swiskoski and opened fire. Another officer on the scene returned fire and struck the suspect.
