Description: School Safety Agent Samuels died after being assaulted by a juvenile student outside a New York City Public School dance. By request of the principal, Agent Samuels escorted the student out of the dance when the assault occurred. Agent Samuels was struck several times by the juvenile and stopped to catch her breath. She was rushed to a local hospital where she suffered a fatal heart attack.
