Description: Officer Stokes responded to a domestic disturbance and upon entering the apartment, he was attacked by the husband involved in the dispute. A struggle ensued with the suspect attempting to get the Officer?s revolver. Officer Stokes managed to shoot the suspect once in the hand, however the suspect gained control of the revolver, shooting and killing Officer Stokes. The suspect was charged with murder.
