Description: Officer Seuis was killed after being struck by a tractor-trailer on southbound I-238. The truck driver was speeding and rapidly changing lanes when he struck Officer Seuis. The suspect attempted to flee the scene but was stopped by fellow CHP Officers on I-580. Officer Seuis was transported to a local hospital where he died approximately one hour later.
