Description: Deputy Marshal Storey was shot and killed while attempting to arrest a murder suspect. Marshal Storey and a fellow officers apprehended the suspect at his residence. As Marshal Storey attempted to arrest the suspect he escaped and grabbed the other officer's gun. The suspect managed to shoot Marshal Storey and elude the other officer. A search party eventually found and killed the suspect.
